Journal of Materials and Engineering (Abbreviation: J. Mater. Eng.) is a quarterly international academic journal published by the Association for Scientific Publishing and Research (ASPUR). The journal provides an international platform for researchers and engineers to disseminate original research and recent advances in materials science and engineering. The journal aims to maintain high scientific and ethical standards in accordance with international publishing practices.

The journal follows an open-access policy under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license (see Open Access Statement for details).

There are currently no submission or publication fees for authors. The journal operates under a non-commercial publishing model supported by institutional and academic activities.
