Mathematical Modeling of Fibrous Material Separation in a Centrifugal Pneumatic Processing System

Abstract: This article is about the improvement of the separator structure, which separates the cotton from the air stream after the delivery of raw cotton to the technological processes in air ginneries, in which an effective method is proposed compared to previous analogues. This is discusses the process of separating raw cotton from air flow using centrifugal force and its mathematical laws. The trajectories of the movement of cotton in the proposed device were also determined and the corresponding graphs were obtained.
