Abstract: In this paper, the natural frequencies of functionally graded porous (FGP) sandwich plates laid on an elastic foundations are achieved using the C0 type of a higher-order shear deformation theory (HSDT) and finite element model. This structure comprises a homogeneous metal bottom layer, a completely ceramic top layer, and an FGP core. These results related to this procedure are given using the Matlab software to verify the potential for use and contrasted with those of previous studies in the literature. Additionally, the effects of a number of parameters on the natural frequencies are provided.
